Is it possible to refund from the wordpress panel ?

  • Hi,
    I’d like to refund an order from the WooCommerce back office, just by editing an order and refunding it partially or completely.
    Is this possible ?
    Or do I have to connect to Sumup merchant account, and refund manually after modifiying the order ?

    Please be advised that our WooCommerce plugin does not offer refunds.?This means that?if you want to refund a transaction, you will need to do via the SumUp dashboard.

    Are there plans to implement this in future? Most of your competitors are supporting refunds from within Woocommerce.
