Is it possible to put the table of content in my left side bar?

    Add the TOC widget to the sidebar and disable the auto insert setting. Ensure the post-type support is enabled for the posts that the TOC widget will be visible.

    The side bar is a element in Generate press.

    Sorry, but I do not have or have used GeneratePress I suggest contacting the GeneratePress support team and asking them how to add a widget.
