Is it possible to pure code scroll effects-without plugin

    I’m looking for a way to code something like a smooth scroll effect. Everything I find, refers to a plug in or libraries, like animate.css or wow.js and I want to CODE it.

    Is it possible in wordpress ? At least if I know that. Anyone point me in the right direction so I can begin to learn it ?

    It’s the same as coding it outside of WordPress, apart from you add this 1 line of JavaScript to the top of your .js file…

    $ = jQuery;
