Is it possible to post with OG Image?

  • No,it is not possible to use og images ,this is a premium feature.
    WP Twitter Auto Publish will pick the featured image (if exist) and if no featured image is set then it will choose the first image from post content.
    However,if you set Attach image to twitter post setting to No and include {PERMALINK} in message format,then twitter will fetch your og:image/twitter:image and display the tweet with a clickable preview.
