    In addition it would really help if customers simply couldnt click combinations that don’t have any results as that can be quite frustrating.

    404 page – I think deal is not with the plugin – 404 it is page not exists, and as the plugin works with shop and categories pages – I have no idea, its need looking trough logs … One moment – enable permalinks!

    In addition it would really help if customers simply couldnt click combinations that don’t have any results as that can be quite frustrating. – of course: in the plugin settings page -> tab Options -> set Yes to ‘Show count’ and to ‘Dynamic recount’
