Is it possible to offset the anchor position (to allow for sticky header)?

    Plugin works great ??

    Just one issue; clicking on the link takes you below the heading. I believe this is due to having sticky header / navigation active.

    Is there any way to offset eg so anchor position is Xpx above the heading? Or somehow take sticky header settings into account?
