Is it possible to migrate my site to managed WordPress hosting by duplicator?

Thanks for this great plugin, I have used this plugin before on my localhost and open and I was very satisfied with the result.
I just wonder if I can use it to move my website from localhost to managed WordPress hosting? The reason that I ask this is that this type of hosting sites usually install a fresh WordPress for you by default.https://www.greengeeks.ca/wordpress-hosting
