Is it possible to make crawler add query string to url?

Hello,
we have a woocommerce site with two currencies. It’s setup that server will add the query string depending on cookies set by currency plugin. So, when a real person is browsing the website, after first click will have set cookies and correct query string. Now, we would like to use crawler to generate cache, but crawler is caching pages without the query string, so basically is useless. Is there any way to either add query string or set a cookie so we get crawled version we need? Thank you!
