Is it possible to make a menu that is images and opens submenus on clicked?

Hello!

I’m not sure how to word this but I’ll give it a go ??
I am looking for a plugin that makes it possible to use images instead of the standard “menutitle” and when the image is clicked it displays all the submenus in a menu that isn’t a dropdown.
can Mega menu do this?

and whenone is clicked:
[submenu]

Not sure if I was specific enough to be understood but I hope that you understand.
I really appreciate the help, please tell me if I need to explain more.
