Is it possible to link to specific faq on page ?

    Hi there,

    i know it is possible to have a page with all FAQs.
    But is it possible to link to a certain faq on that page ? What i mean is, Standard closed FAQs, when you link from a different page to a specific FAQ, open only that FAQ ?

  • Hi Munchie,

    There’s no option to have your FAQ page load with one specific FAQ in the list pre-opened.

    I don’t know if it would apply to your situation, but an option to consider is the [select-faq] shortcode.

    From our plugin FAQ page:

    • [select-faq]: display specific FAQ posts, using the attributes faq_name, faq_slug and faq_id which take comma-separated lists of FAQ post names, FAQ slugs and FAQ ids respectively.

    I need this exactly as well @munchie2203. @etoilewebdesign can you add this functionality or better explain how to use [select-faq] to accomplish this?
