Lets say my client try to pay for his products. Then something happend and he couldnt pay for it. He is going back to the site and see an empty cart. Is it possible to keep products in a cart until the payment will be successful? For not making some problems with a stock maybe it can keep that products for max. 60min?

Maybe also is it possible to redirect my client from failed/canceled payment to the cart page or chackout page so he will have a chance to make payment again?

    Hi,

WooCommerce checkout page is created assuming the customer is ready to make a purchase.

...Then something happend and he couldnt pay for it...

May I ask which payment method is your site using? Please let us know and we will be happy to assist.

PayU EU Payment Gateway for WooCommerce

When I use some of methods and click “cancel” I’m redirected to the checkout page and I can see “Thank you. We have received your order.”.

This is nice when payment is successful but it should redirect at least to the page where client can pay for order again. Without this he will does not have a chance to pay for it so it never will be completed.

And this is set by this PayU plugin when clients payment wont be successful, he will recevice on e-mail an information (link to page pay-order) or can go to his account and see that he can pay for his order. I would also like to redirect client after unsuccessful payment to the page where he can try to pay again.

    Hello @jordan1990,

This is nice when payment is successful but it should redirect at least to the page where client can pay for order again. Without this he will does not have a chance to pay for it so it never will be completed.

This depends on the payment gateway, for example in Stripe if you try purchasing something and the card is declined, the order will be created in the backend but the user will not be redirected to the thank you page.

The customer can then navigate to the my-account page and pay for it using another card or a different payment method.

I recommend getting in touch with the Pay EU plugin team to see if they have any comments about this.

    Cheers!
