    Hi,

I am creating a website for selling graphic design related services online. I’m looking for a way to collect order details after a customer purchases one of the packages.

I’ve created a form page using Forminator and found a way to redirect customers to it after purchase. However, the form page is accessible to anyone with a link since it’s just a regular page. On top of that, it’s a separate thing from the purchase. Which means anyone can access it and fill it in and I wouldn’t know if the person purchased the package or not.

Is there a better way to collect order details? Is there a way to integrate Forminator with WooCommerce so only the people that purchase a package could access the form page?

    Thank you

    Hi @jokubas2000k,

There’s currently no such integration with Woocommerce I’m afraid, what you could try is setting the form page not be tracked by search engines (with SEO plugins like SmartCrawl) and not linking it anywhere on your site, this should reduce the number of non-customers finding the page.

I do have an idea of what could be done here, it might sound a bit complex but hear me out ??
You could use a plugin like Hustle to create a full-page popup.
With the conditions available in the plugin you can set it to show only on that one page and to show it only if the speficic referrer is/isn’t used.

So you can set the popup to not show only when the page is accessed from your checkout page.

Then combine that with the options to disable closing of popup when clicked outside of it and hide the close button with bit of a CSS, and it should do the trick.

You would have your users coming from the checkout page to see the form while others will see a popup that can say something like “Only available after purchase, please visit our store” or something like that.

    Hope this helps.

    Cheers,
    Predrag

    Hi @sebastianhills

Forminator doesn’t currently provide such integration and it’s not possible “out of the box”. If possible at all, it would require a lot of custom development based on both Formaintor and WooCommerce APIs – pretty much all the integration would have to be coded from scratch.

I’m afraid this is outside the scope of this support but I’ve passed that idea over to our Forminator Team to see if we could implement such integration with one of future versions of the plugin.

Note please: if you have any additional questions, please start a separate ticket of your own, as per this forum rules.

    Kind regards,
    Adam
