Is it possible to insert links to other site in the welcome default message?

    I need to insert a link to a Facebook group in the default message. Can you provide this function?

    Hi Simone, not at the moment.

    The Live Chat welcome message is just a text to welcome your visitors.
    We are about to improve the live chat welcoming actions.

    To use links for your logged users, check the funnel visual builder and add a live chat message.

    This feature is only for logged users ??
