Is it possible to hide empty fields?

Hi,
really liking the simplicity of this plugin, so thank you first;
I’m using it to build a directory of practitioners, a couple of whom have more than one practice location.

I’ve therefore included ‘practice location 1 address’ and ‘practice location 2 address’ in the custom details fields, and the following in my custom template:

Practice address: [practice_location_1_address]
Practice address 2: [practice_location_2_address]

Is there a way to hide that second line somehow if that field is empty?
