Is it possible to have two blogs on one domain?

Hello there. Because i am not very good at wordpress, I want to try and fix my problems by running wordpress twice on one domain.
Is it possible to install it twice, say in:
https://www.mydomain.com/blog
https://www.mydomain.com/portfolioSo I would get two dashboards etc…
hope it is. Who knows?
