Is it possible to have more than one input field on a row

When adding groups of custom input fields into pods some of the fields are related and I would like to have them on the same row. Like I might ask them to input the number of a weight and then after (to the right) have a dropdown asking them to choose between lbs or oz..
I have found no one asking about this. No one trying to do it. No instruction on how to do it. And that is strange to me. I feel like I am missing something obvious.

I do not have access to slack.
Seems like it should be something built into pods.
