Flash banner on the first page, static banners on the rest

Hi I am using this template:
https://osc.template-help.com/wordpress_24600/Is there a way to put a flash banner on the first page and rotate static .jpg banners on the rest of the pages of the theme?
It is in the header of the template.Thanks.
