The email notification form has a very simple textarea field.

My client wants to be able to add links and the like to his emails. Is it possible to display a WYSIWYG editor here, instead of this simple field?

Also the field is very tiny and kind of inconvenient for longer emails, can it be made larger?

I’m using the WPForms Basic version.

  • Hey @polymathy – Thanks for reaching out!

While you can adjust the height of the message body (screencast https://a.supportally.com/v/kVnKzz), currently we don’t have the WYSIWYG editor for email notification message body. I agree this would be helpful, and I’ll this into our feature request tracker.

Having said that, can you please confirm if you have a paid license or if you’re on the lite version? In the ticket, it’s mentioned that you’re using the Basic version so I thought to double check as we’re not allowed to provide support to paid users on the www.remarpro.com forum. If you have a paid license, ?you can submit a support ticket through the WPForms account dashboard to continue the conversation. ?

    Kindly,

Hey @polymathy – We haven’t heard back from you since yesterday, so I’m going to go ahead and close this thread for now. But if you’d like us to assist further, please feel welcome to continue the conversation.

    Thanks!
