Hello Patchyart,
Yes, theoretically this is possible, but please read the explanations below if you wish to understand the difficulties that you may run into when using this kind of set up.
We see many people stepping into the trap of using the same filter for different product attributes. If you use the premium version, you can create 2 presets with the tag filters styled in 2 different ways, and then place these presets on the same page. Imagine that you’ve done that and then want to filter for all the ceramics of red color. You will activate the Ceramics and Red filter expecting to see the ceramic products of red color, but instead the filters will display the products that have either the “Ceramics” tag OR the “Red” tag!
In the premium version you can go and set the AND query operator for the tags taxonomy, and then the filters WILL display only the products that are associated with both of the selected tags. At this point you may consider the task accomplished, but now imagine that you also want to activate the yellow color filter. The AND operator will only display the products that have all the 3 of the selected tags, so the products will have to have the “Ceramics”, “Red” AND “Yellow” tags to fit the search criteria.
In your current set up of tags and colors divided into separate taxonomies, selecting Ceramic, Red and Yellow will get you all the ceramic products of red or yellow color, so please ask yourself whether this is closer to the result that you would wish to accomplish!
