Is it possible to get user name and password to Tutor LMS database? Instead of wordpress database.

I don’t want to get username and password on Dashboard > Users > All Users.

I want to get the user and pass on somewhere in Tutor LMS

  • Hello @robiularif,

    Thank you for reaching out!

In Tutor LMS, users who enroll in a course are recognized as students. However, retrieving usernames and passwords specifically from the WordPress database requires customization. Please note that we do not provide support for custom development. You may need to consult a developer for guidance on implementing such a solution.

that means, Tutor LMS doesn’t provide any extra login system?

    Hello @robiularif,

Tutor LMS does provide an additional login system. It comes with its own student registration and login functionality, separate from the default WordPress system. However, user authentication and credentials are still managed within WordPress since Tutor LMS is built on top of it.

If you’re looking for a way to retrieve usernames and passwords directly, please note that, for security reasons, passwords are encrypted and cannot be accessed directly.

I know. but I wanted to know that if i use Tutor LMS Pro then where would be store the user and password?

    – wordpress database
    – Tutor LMS

    Hello @robiularif,

User credentials are stored in the WordPress database. Tutor LMS integrates with WordPress’s user management system, so all user-related data, including login credentials, is handled securely by WordPress.
