Is it possible to filter out specific http_api requests

I also posted this in Developer Loggers for Simple History – but there doesn’t seem to be any support there.

I have Action Scheduler installed. Which means there’s a request made to ‘/wp-cron.php?doing_wp_cron=xxxxx’ every minute.
Is it possible to filter out only requests to that endpoint (or any specific pattern) – while still showing all other api requests?
