Is it possible to export files uploaded by specific user from the media library?

Is there any way to get all the media library files uploaded by a specific user? I do not want the whole media library just the images/files uploaded by specified user. I would like to export them as a zip or to be able to download them in some other way.

Is there a way to do this? Googling has not helped, I have only found ways to export/download the entire media library which is not what I want to do.
