Is it possible to embed a javascript form in a js shortcode?

I’d like to use an accordian dropdown shortcode to display a javascript form (click the purple button at the bottom of this page to see exactly what I’m going for).

The short code I use to create the accordion looks something like this:

[accordion title="Click Here"]
    JS form would go here
[/accordion]

However, when I try and run it I can’t get the form to appear. Any suggestions?
