Is it possible to email the Author of a page or post?

    I could see how to email admins or subscribers etc, but I couldn’t see if it was possible to only email the author of a particular page or post.

    Is that possible?

    Yes, you can send an email notification specifically to the author of a post or page. To do this:

    1. Add an Email Connection in the plugin settings.
    2. Add a User and select the Custom type.
    3. Use the following merge tag to dynamically insert the post author’s email: {{post_author.email}}
