Is it possible to display Social share on archive page?

No, it isn’t possible because honestly, it wouldn’t make much sense. Why would you want to share an archive page? The ideology here is that a user might want to share your article after they have read it, or at least, have taken a quick look at it.

It wouldn’t make sense to share a listing of posts.

Thanks @cteduard for confirming the behavior. Well, displaying share button on archive page (of custom posts) makes sense or not is entirely dependent on the use case that is being addressed. It certainly makes sense for the use case that I am looking to address and hence the ask.

There is a way but it is a little bit tricky and achievable only with the pro version.

You can add a content block/hook on archive pages and simply insert in that content block the output of a social share plugin or maybe create a custom share box.
