• I want to force using the “Add new” in the default WooCommerce > Products page, rather than allowing adding new products in WP Sheet Editor. Why? Because some issues arise in terms of compatibility, when a product is created via your plugin, the product doesn’t seem to be properly “created/published” and therefore all subsequent logics from other plugins can’t work. But when using the default “Add new” from WooCommerce > Products, everything works fine. So is it possible to disable the “Add new” in your plugin ? Thanks

    Hi there.
    Thank you for your message.
This is a normal thing that happens when someone creates a row and doesn’t fill all the required columns. For example, you might have plugins that need “default values”, which would work fine if they are manually filled in the sheet before saving.

In this case, the regular editor works better because the form is submitted with all the default values. However, I like your idea and we’re going to add the option to our advanced settings to disable the “add new” to force people to use the regular editor to create items. It will come in the next official update, which should be released this month.
