Is it possible to copy specific content to an existing page and overwrite it

    Hello – thank you for your question.

    It’s important to note that there will be potential problems with sites that are cloned from a template site that has any kind of domain mapping turned on.

    The way Clone Over mode works in the Master bundle is that it allows you to pick what content to overwrite at the post type level. So when you clone over and include pages it will do ALL pages. You cannot specify a specific page to update (clone over).

    As the main questions was, if it would be possible to copy content from one page to an existing page and overwrite it, your answer let me cheer ??

    The clone Over mode sounds interesting and exactly what i was looking for!

    I’m planning to overwrite all pages or posts and update the links in it. If i understand you correctly this is what the masters edition can do?

    And what do you mean by “potential problems with cloned from a template site that has any kind of domain mapping turned on”?

    We are using a Domain Mapper in WP and the normal NS Cloner plugin and had no problems so far… (btw. one of the best WP Tools i ever used!)
