Is it possible to contribute to the plugin?

Hello,

I would like to add the following functionalities to the plugin:

1) Add the possibility to see French IGN maps *other then open street map, etc.)
2) Add the possibility to have different colors per track if different tracks are present in the same GPX file.

Is it possible to send a kind of wish list for the new functionalities of the plugin?
In case is it possible to directly contribute sending the code changes to the plugin owner to merge them in his code?
