Is it possible to connect two sites to Dropbox offsite backup location

If I recall from when I set up a site using Dropbox as an offsite location, the folders Apps/UpdraftPLus are created by the plugin on setup.

It occurs to me that during setup of a second site, the plugin needs to be able to handle the fact that the folders Apps/UpdraftPLus in Dropbox already exist. So I am checking that it is possible to connect two separate sites to a Dropbox offsite backup location.
