Is it possible to change the transitions / cover background?

  • I want to either have a 2nd slideshow with fewer images on all but the main site, or display a white or black background during image transitions.

    My site has a banner photo that shows through when transitioning between photos, and I’m wondering how much work it would be to provide an option once the slideshow is running to have the background pic be a solid color or something so that on the transitions between photos you don’t see a flash of the background photo.

    I could just change it to be a blank pic by default and show the slideshow on all the pages, I guess…but I wanted to just have a fixed image on pages & posts.

    We’ve rolled it out. I’m still thinking about changing the background to make the transitions work better, but the new site is https://bcpipers.org and I’d like to use something built into the script instead if possible.
