Which select field are you referring to? A variable product select field?

It will require some custom code for you to hide certain variation attributes in emails / order review pages.

yeah, that’s it. I want to hide a variable product select field. I tried to modify $cart_object using woocommerce_before_calculate_totals hook but its not working.
