Is it possible to add this to a custom page template?

Hi,

I’ve created a custom page template that works entirely by adding content through Custom Field Suite (similar to Advanced Custom Fields).

I have a masonry grid that I’d like to add the load more functionality to. I’ve tried adding infinite scroll but couldn’t get it to work, so I was hoping this plugin might work.

I can’t add a shortcode however due to the structure of the page.

Is it possible to initialize this plugin directly in the .php of my custom page template?
