Is it possible to add the signup form to just one page

    Yes, you can do that. Use our embedded forms and publish them with a “short-code” on the pages you’d like.

    Thanks, I found where to get the shortcode. When the form is created, and we want to ‘edit’ the form, I notice that there’s no option to change the form type – ie ‘popover’ or ’embedded’. Once the form is created, is there a way to change that, or do we have to delete the form and start from scratch?

    You can change themes but there is no way to change the form type. You will have to create a new one.
