Is it possible to add new subscriber in mailchimp when new account is created

    In our site https://autoplusperformance.com/, Mailchimp for WooCommerce plugin is installed. We have noticed that when user purchases something New Subscriber is added to the Mailchimp audience and the subscriber number is incremented by 1 in the plugin page of my site. But the subscriber number is not incremented when a new user only registers in the site via WooCommerce. So is it possible to add new subscriber in Mailchimp and also reflect in the plugin page of my site when new account is created via WooCommerce?

    In order to support you best, I want to make sure I understand your correctly, are you asking that customers that signup or register at the site: https://autoplusperformance.com/shop/client-portal/, opt-in to the subscriber newsletter are not making it over to the Mailchimp contact list as subscribed?
    If so this should be possible, if not we can certainly investigate to see what is going on.
