Is it possible to add an option that allows to exclusion of all categories ?

I have a blog that contain too many categories and I’m frequently adding new categories so it’s hard for me to use this plugin.

Is it possible to add a new button that allows an automatic exclusion of all categories from the main page (existing and recently added)?
