Is it possible for users to upload their own photos to a separate server

Hi, I love your Photonic plugin! and I am wondering if there is a possibility for users to add their own photos to the site and then show it directly using the photonic plugin, so it’s stored on google photos but shown on my website, I am also open to pay for adjustments in the plugin itself.

so users will be able to upload their photos using a form on my site and then directly see the photos on the site while they are stored on google photos.
