Is it possible e to make a community affiliate store?

I am trying to create a community-like affiliate store and I don’t know if it’s possible with any plugins out there, so help would be much appreciated as this is my first time running an affiliate store.

Ex: lets say 30 people want to sell their products in my store in one location on my storefront through their personal websites or Etsy, etc and I want to run my store like a hub for all of these small businesses to run through together.

Normally in affiliate stores, someone signs up to sell your items on their store and you give them, let’s say 20%, or the reverse, you create a hub of others who already have affiliate marketing set up on their sites and you’re just creating a conglomerate of affiliate stores.

I want to do the reverse. So, if someone clicks on their product through my store (we’re talking small, grass-roots stores here that won’t be setting up affiliate stores on their own sites), and it opens to their store, it would record a 20% commission for me and 80% for them if the person purchases.

I’ve searched all the affiliate plugins I could find, paid and free, and I can’t seem to find one with this functionality. Thanks so much for your help!
