is it possiable to add a link id to menu

You should create everything you need in your menu holder div in your template, than use sticky class just to stick menu holder div. In other words if you create your default menu to act as you asked, than adding sticky class will just make menu sticky, and everything else should be the same as it was in your default template menu…
