Is it only “Read-only mode”?

Hello guys,

I didn’t find the settings so that users of the site (frontend) can interact with the block. For example, I inserted a timer block on the page, but you can only enable it from the Gutenberg editor. But what’s the use then? If the blocks are static, I can use any other gutenberg block that is much more convenient.
