Is it OK to deactivate this plugin?

    I have done checking and fixed all of the dead links in my site.

    Bcoz my hosting spec is small, you see, i am afraid the plugin will slow down my site. So i want to lessen the burden on my low-spec hosting.

    Is it alright to deactivate or even delete this plugin after the job is done?

    I hope you’re well today!

    Yes, it’s perfectly fine to deactivate the plugin (or even delete it). It will not “unfix” links.

    It’s fine to just use the plugin “for the job” and then remove it. You can install/enable it back in future too, whenever you feel some additional links may need to be checked.
