Is it ok delete error log file [public_html]?

Yes, it’s fine. It own’t hurt your site at all.

One thing to do before that though is to download a copy of the error_log file and have a look to see if what’s causing those errors to occur. if it’s something that you can fix yourself I’d advise you to do it.
