    Hi,
    to be honest, we have never tested WPAdverts with WPMU, but if you will be installing WPAdverts per network site (not globally) it should work fine.

    It would be best to just download the free version, install it on site and see if it suits your use case, it is really hard to tell upfront if it will work or not i am afraid.
