Is it just for the money?

    Hello,

    I have been entertaining the idea of buying the Pro version but I have some issues that I am not sure it only happens to users of the free version or to just about anyone.

    I sent some specific questions through the “contact” from, before buying the Pro version but no one cared to reply and it’s been about a week. Now I come to this forum and I can see the carelessness is the same as with my questions… out of 30 questions on the first page, only 3 have been resolved… does this tell us something about what to expect if we give you our money.

    I believe a great plugin should come with a great team who shows customers that they are here because they believe in their product and not just about the money of those who fall for the promises of the Pro version.

    Care to initiate some kind of dialogue?

  • author of the plugin used to care and they did great support work, but something happened and plugin is slowly dying…
