Is it free to use stripe with woocommerce?

Stipe is free for everybody.

I was also thinking that it is better than Paypal, but finally, there is no security with stripe, and they accept any stolen credit card, so you must be very careful.

I used to hate Paypal but finally it is still the best, especially if you sell expensive items, because the chance to be cheated by a customer is very low.
