    Hi, we appreciate you reaching out.

    My deepest apologies for the long wait.

    The credits are baed on how many sizes there are to optimize, each size is a credit, WP has a default of 4-5 sizes.

    You can modify the sizes under image optimizer > file optimization > custom.

    Once all credits are used, the trial is over and will not renew.
