If you want your plugin hosted HERE on www.remarpro.com, then no it’s not permitted. It’s absolutely 100% against the guidelines and will get you banned.

If you do it on your own self-hosted plugins, we have no control over that but I would personally recommend you make it opt-in. GDPR laws about tracking users without consent will get you into trouble.
