Is it AdSense Safe?

    On the google product forum, there is not a question regarding this specific plugin. However, it is safe to say the we are dealing with the following situation.
    – A lightbox with adsense ads underneath it.

    I assume it is adsense safe if you don’t:
    – place advertisement inside the ligtbox
    – position the close button is such a way that it increase the chances to click on a ad.

    Having that said, the only way to get a definitive answer is to contact google (either via forum or via mail). They are in charge of their adsense service AND may or may not swing the ban hammer.

    We had had adsense on our websites in the past with lightboxes without problems. However, we removed adsense, since the payoff isn’t that great.
