Is is possible to change recent blog post text box to display pages?

    Hey, I really like this theme and I want to do something similar…

    But I don’t want to have a blog on my page. Is there a way to maybe “promote” pages kinda lika with the recent blog posts beneath the slider? Or is there a widget somwhere that does the same thing?

    I’d like to have three widget boxes with text and an image that goes to a specific page when you click on it.
