IS Horizontal Scrolling Supported?

This plugin only supports horizontal scrolling for people who read the documentation associated with this plugin, which includes a complete listing of all shortcode attributes and possible values. ?? For those who do not, horizontal scrolling is replaced by a responsive mobile view.

This plugin, off the shelf, is amazing and has provided me with a much easier and more elegant solution to the set up I was using between cognito forms, googlesheets, zapier and dropbox as I can now display the form data on my site on hidden and password protected pages for registered users. I absolutely will be donating.

However, I am also curious. I am not a developer and although I manage to work with many apps and wordpress plugins, some that require the use of some PHP, the instructions for customising the tables assumes more knowledge than I have and puts the customisation just out of reach for me. I have spent two days going through the documentation, reading datatables.net information and looking for youtube videos to try to enable horizontal scrolling but I remain stumped.

A very basic step by step breakdown on how and what to edit would be very helpful. Even signposting to the required knowledge on how to do this would be appreciated. Unless this plugin is strictly for developers or people with coding knowledge?

There’s a lot one can customize, and different people want to customize different things, so “a step-by-step breakdown on how and what to edit” is not feasible for a volunteer with no resources to make.

You are more than welcome to contribute something like this, if you want, of course. ??
