Is greycite still active?

I’ve just started using kcite, but I notice the plugin hasn’t been updated in 10 months and greycite (https://greycite.knowledgeblog.org) is currently inaccessible. Is this just temporary downtime and bad timing on my part, or is kcite/greycite on the way to becoming dead?
